I have used Victory's service department for years. Finally bought a new Toyota. The service provided at the dealership is great. The purchase experience was smooth and not like my past experiences at Finally bought a new Toyota. The service provided at the dealership is great. I found the car I wanted and discussed what Victory needed to do to earn my bisness that day, 5 minutes later, we were done. Simple. Great customer service & a fair price, what else matters? More

I guess if you don't have good credit they don't want to help you or deal with you. I put in an on-line application and I had to call them 3 times out of 4 to get an answer from them. And even then it was a help you or deal with you. I put in an on-line application and I had to call them 3 times out of 4 to get an answer from them. And even then it was a ridiculous answer that was basically intended to blow me off so I wouldn't bother them anymore More

Overall sales was great, never felt this in spenting money. They made me feel as if I was with close family members that I didn't mind buying something from, almost bought two trucks.
