I don't like shopping for new cars, I don't like salesmen and I've never met a car salesman I've liked...until I met Jason. I went to Victory Toyota looking for a comfortable car with great gas mileage. I and I've never met a car salesman I've liked...until I met Jason. I went to Victory Toyota looking for a comfortable car with great gas mileage. I drove the Prius and really liked it, then I drove the Camry and fell in love. I wanted the Prius hybrid technology but the comfort of that Camry was undeniable. I left torn between two cars. Jason called me a day or two later and told me that they just got a 2012 Camry hybrid in if I was interested. I was sold before I even made it back to the dealership! After I purchased the car I had a navigator problem, I called Jason, he didn't know of existing problems with the navigator and told me to bring the car in anytime. Later, that evening, Jason called me. He said he had more time to talk to me about the problem I was having and asked me to explain in detail. As it turned out, there was nothing wrong with the navigator, I had to either pull over to use it or use the voice activation. Sorry Jason, you did explain that on our test drive and again demonstrated how it worked on my new car when I came to pick it up...I forgot. Anyway, the point is he went out of his way to call me, spent alot of time on the phone with me and saved me a trip back to the dealership over the holiday. He really does care. This is the happiest I've ever been. I love my car!!!!! Thank you Jason!!! More

I am very happy with this dealership. Jennifer Raft made this purchase very simple. I am from Toledo and saw this car online. After 3 weeks of looking in a 150 mile radius at other vehicles we came back t this purchase very simple. I am from Toledo and saw this car online. I had problems with other dealerships in there customer service but not here. Jennifer Raft made my wife feel so special in getting this car (including putting a red bow on the hood) that it did indeed make this a special Christmas. The service was also very fairly priced - I was quoted for $35 when I first came in, and they charged me $31 since it didn't take as long as they thought it would. The staff at Victory Toyota were very friendly and honest!
