He sent me to the finance department to meet with a very sweet and polite young lady to finalize all my loan paper work. She explained all my options and got me the best possible interest rate and options for my truck. I was very satisfied with the whole deal. The salesperson that greeted me at the entrance (and ended up selling me the car) was very friendly, knowledgeable and, perhaps most importantly, constantly thinking about the purchase from the customer's point of view. He was extremely thorough in his explanation of the car's exterior and interior features, making sure to explain the practical use of each feature he highlighted. He also accompanied my wife and I on our test drives, providing helpful information on the car's interface and handling along the way. He was also very patient as we debated between different models and colors once we had settled on the build we wanted, whereas I always felt rushed at the other dealers to come to a quick decision on this major purchase. He was transparent and up-front with price, giving sound advice on the usefulness of additional options.
