Hi I met Steve Penzien for my service of the car and to buy my extended warranty. I was pleasantly surprised by how patient he is to explain me all the pros and cons of the car warranty. The sales department is excellent and outstanding in every way. The service department on the other hand has lost me. Over the past three years it has gone from excellent to bad. I came in today to get the oil changed in my 2008 Prius and I had a wonderful experience. Anne was very helpful and went through a detailed sheet afterwards about the current state of my car. The service w and I had a wonderful experience. Anne was very helpful and went through a detailed sheet afterwards about the current state of my car. The service was also very fairly priced - I was quoted for $35 when I first came in, and they charged me $31 since it didn't take as long as they thought it would. The staff at Victory Toyota were very friendly and honest! I recommend anyone in the area (especially if you are from Ann Arbor), make the trip to Victory Toyota - it was well worth my time and money. More
