I came in today to get the oil changed in my 2008 Prius and I had a wonderful experience. Anne was very helpful and went through a detailed sheet afterwards about the current state of my car. The service was also very fairly priced - I was quoted for $35 when I first came in, and they charged me $31 since it didn't take as long as they thought it would. The staff at Victory Toyota were very friendly and honest! I recommend anyone in the area (especially if you are from Ann Arbor), make the trip to Victory Toyota - it was well worth my time and money. More

This is the most trustworthy dealership I have ever been to. They work with you, they don't rip you off. They don't make up something that you need on your car for repairs. Don came to me and asked what was going on, I explained to him that I had to jump start my car now twice in a week and now the truck won't go faster than 20 miles an hour. He immediately had his best technician work on it. He came to me about an hour later and advised that the fuse's had gone out and I needed a new battery but unfortunately he didn't have that part in and it was going to take two days to get the part in. I didn't have a car to get back and he new that, so he gave me his own personal car to drive, filled it up with gas and I didn't even have to refill it. No rental agreement which would of cost me at least 50 or 60 bucks and it would of never been as nice as his car. Brand new Toyota Camry. Now that's service. WOW!!! More
