Huge thanks to my salesperson, Habeeb Ibrahim, who was incredibly friendly and patient. He addressed all my questions and worked hard during negotiations to make sure I drove home in a new car. Juan, the sales manager, was also fantastic and very fair when it came to negotiating my trade-in price. The whole team made the process seamless and stress-free. Ariana was a great communicator, but the rest of the crew the techs were horrible leaving my engine uncovered 3 times. Second tech give me a different diagnostic then the 1st one . Manager did not tell anyone, I’m assuming becouse I never got a call back or email about my can been ready , when to the dealer to check on my car because by phone every one was busy to answer and my car was in the parking lot , they assume my car was ready to go but , guess what ? the engine cover was not on . Who should I trust if you guys are not trusted . More
