I took my vehicle in to be serviced at approximately 1:30 for a diagnostic test and oil change. I was serviced by Herman, who told me that it would take about two hours for the test to be completed, and tha for a diagnostic test and oil change. I was serviced by Herman, who told me that it would take about two hours for the test to be completed, and that I would be updated on the findings. It is now 3:30 no updates, I finally go over to speak with Herman, who is having conversation with someone, he looks up at me and said give him a second and he would help me, he finally come into the watching area to say they didn’t find any problems with the vehicle. It is now 4:00 time for Herman to end his shift, he said someone would hep me, I was told at 4:00 that it would take 20 minutes to change the oil, which should have been completed by 4:20, but instead it was ready at 5:00. I spent my entire afternoon waiting for my vehicle. That’s the reason for my rating. Sincerely, Ella Melton More
