This was the worst service I’ve ever had. I was sent an email with a discount and the service representative refused to honor the coupon. I went for service at Midwest Toyota and was astounded by the new building they had moved to. The new location was sooo much more spacious. The service agent I met was David Meraz, who was easily able to by the new building they had moved to. The new location was sooo much more spacious. My car was done with the service sooner than I'd expected.
