I did a oil change and when they finished they gave me recommendations based of there system even though my car had received those services a couple yrs ago at another toyota and they were like your car f recommendations based of there system even though my car had received those services a couple yrs ago at another toyota and they were like your car failed but it was all very misleading and I left unhappy with the service More

My experience taking my car for service was extremely disappointing. The process was extremely slow and inefficient. In addition, the vehicle had a problem with the radio and steering wheel controls, but disappointing. The process was extremely slow and inefficient. In addition, the vehicle had a problem with the radio and steering wheel controls, but the workshop staff simply dismissed the issue, suggesting a temporary and unprofessional solution of disconnecting and reconnecting the battery. This level of service is unacceptable and leaves much to be desired in terms of customer service and technical competence.! More
