This was the worst service I’ve ever had. I was sent an email with a discount and the service representative refused to honor the coupon. I went for service at Midwest Toyota and was astounded by the new building they had moved to. The new location was sooo much more spacious. The service agent I met was David Meraz, who was easily able to by the new building they had moved to. The new location was sooo much more spacious. The service agent I met was David Meraz, who was easily able to answer any questions that I had concerning my car service. I had plenty of room in waiting room while my car was being serviced. My car was done with the service sooner than I'd expected. This new location is a vast improvement over the last location in every way, in my opinion, and with great service agents like David at the helm how can they lose. More
