Beyond positive experience trading in and buying a new car. Luis Rodriguez (sales) and Guy Drake (manager) are amazing.Calm,professional and honest they were moving things along smoothly.They were both very informative and may I say it again calmly professional.It was like boutique spa of dealership experience! That place has family like atmosphere .It was our third trade in and purchase experience in Chicago (first at Midtown) and I had no idea it can be so stress free and friendly experience. I must say that we had damage to our car assessed at 3 independent body shops and it was $1200 max.Well Guy Drake deducted for that same damage only $1000 knowing the 1200 number.Still gave us fair trade in offer.I call that honest !I strongly recommend Midtown Toyota! More

This is THE best service center I have ever dealt with. I work Monday thru Friday and have dreaded the fact that my only day for servicing my vehicle is on Saturdays, which I know is a very busy day for deal work Monday thru Friday and have dreaded the fact that my only day for servicing my vehicle is on Saturdays, which I know is a very busy day for dealers.
