Exceptional Service from all parties. Mike was able to look up the information on my vehicle for a paint recall that I had checked with another Toyota service center. He showed how to detect the areas needed & when it expired. Rick was awesome when the service center could not initially meet my availability, he checked to see if late evening appointments would be available by having a service representative call me back. There's no consistency between service advisors regarding how often to do services such as oil changes, especially to maintain warranty. There should be a clear & direct answer.
