I requested 5W-30 full synthetic but a got regular oil, I should have been advised 5W-30 full synthetic was apparently not available. Oil was $4.20 a quart certainly not full synthetic. More

Ideally I’d like the oil and filter changed and filled with the synthetic oil I had been using but I’m sure that won’t be possible. I’m very particular with my cars and this was not a satisfactory experience. I wish the unavailability of 5w-30 full synthetic oil was mentioned up front allowing me to make a decision. I do want to add, the service writer was great and the technician was too as I was in for a recall and asked to see what was involved.
