The service manager (Thomas) worked with me to understand the problem I was experiencing and made sure it was resolved. This is not my first interaction with Thomas and I have always found him to be knowledgeable and professional. The service technicians at John Weiss are all ASE certified and repair/service my vehicle, right first time.
