We went to a chevy dealership in Limerick PA right near our house and we did not have much success. We were looking at a row of cars right outside the showroom for about a half hour. No one ever came out to great us and we were tiered of waiting around. We searched for another Chevy dealership near us and came across Kelly Chevy. We made our way over there. When we arrived we were able to look at the cars for a few minutes before being greeted by Frank, our sale person. He was very friendly and knowledgable about the car we were looking at (Equinox). He was not one of those really pushy sales people. Everything we asked, he gave us a straight answer and never beat around the bush. My wife and I left that day to discuss more about what we should do. A few days later I called and spoke with Frank and Tim. We were able to come to an agreement on price and set up a time to come pick up the car. When we went to pick up the car that night, those guys bent over backwards to do everything they could to make sure we were satisfied with our new car, even after we had bought it. Most people these days just want to take your money and send you on your way. They stayed there way after closing time to take care of us and make sure we had everything we needed before we left. Thanks for the great service guys and we will be back for cars and service in the future. We highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking to purchase a car. More

Like hundreds of others, I also had a defective fuel sender on my 2007 Chevy Trailblazer. I had researched this problem on the Internet and saw prices of $400 to $800 to remove and replace this part. I presented my case to Mr. Borntrager and asked if GM/Chevrolet/Kelly Chevrolet would offer any relief on the cost of the repair. He was aware that this is a common problem and offered my a 50% discount on the bill. Had repair done today. The whole process was completed in a reasonable period of time. Every facet was done very courteously and professionally. Mr. Borntrager was true to his word and I was very pleased when I saw the total charges. After this experience, I decided to have Kelly Chevrolet perform the state safety and emissions inspections. I will also consider them first for any other service or maintenance work in the future.
