All the records can be pulled up on the computer and they are so knowledgeable. Both Dennis and Chase who work on my car know me and my vehicle and are very knowledgeable. I appreciate the honest and fair estimates. They always explain the work estimate clearly. I tell them when I'm in that I love my car but because of their service, When it is time for resale I have no choice now but to buy a Chevy because Of a quality product AND the fact I can't let anyone else service my cars other than Videon!!!!!
