RECALL of Chevy Equinox 2008 FUEL LINE REPAIR The service technician booked me the next day. I agreed to drop SUV eve prior, so they could begun eval by 7am @ open. The Service Technician confirmed an eval by the end of that day.. & would get back to let me know what parts were in stock.. Or what would need to be ordered.. to give me an ETA for completion of SUV Fuel Tank/ Fuel Line Repair. Service Technician phoned me back - before noon to confirm it was the fuel line/tank.. he had needed parts in stock. Confirming it should be repaired on site within the next 24 hours. To my SURPRISE - the technician phoned back at 4:30 letting me know it would be complete by the end of the same day!! He knew I was out of a car & needed to work the following day. I was able to pick up my SUV - after hours - the same day the work was completed. Videon was professional, timely, & efficient w/ communications throughout from my initial contact to the pick up of my SUV. More

Great service I had a noise in my left front end I thought maybe the axle was breaking something was going to fall something was going to happen I came in and my ti I had a noise in my left front end I thought maybe the axle was breaking something was going to fall something was going to happen I came in and my tires are only a year-and-a-half old but there was a flat spot on the left front they moved it to the rear no more noise their technicians are so smart I'm Amazed I would highly recommend Kelly Chevrolet More
