This car shopping experience was the easiest expereince of my life. I was not pressured into anything. Mandi was beyond AMAZING, she listened to my needs and wants and found the perfect vehicle for me and my family. Not only did she listen to me she took the time and went over every feature of my vehicle not once but twice and invited me back for a 3rd go around if needed! Mandi gave us many resources of videos where we could view the features of our new vehicle!!! I promised to file a complaint with the CO Attorney General's Office, the BBB, and the FTC. They balked and then refunded the difference. Feckless behavior. Check/double check your billing as they have no problem with this behavior. More
