Outstanding Service! After shopping at three other dealers (two of them were closer to home), we purchased our third Cadillac from Village. Chris Mehelic went out of his way to find the vehicle we wanted. Visited their service department on three occasions. Alicia, the Accessories Manager, graciously solved the first two problems without any hiccups. The most current problem was a pierced rear tire that caused a very slow leak. "Rich" in the garage couldn't fix it and the tire was replaced the next day. During these visits, the pleasant helpful attitude of Debbie Henry made the visits a different experience from what you would normally expect. We live almost fifty miles from this dealership, but with the service we've received from this staff, we know where our car will be taken care of in the future. More

She handled both of them and ordered parts set up a return appointment and we were on our way. the parts came in and a new appointment was made. that appointment was kepe and again we left feeling good and felt safe because our car was done right.
