.I do not reccomend this dealer. Your dealership is lacking in customer respect and you should be ashamed of how you treat hard working customers. I don't need anyone to contact me from your dealershi lacking in customer respect and you should be ashamed of how you treat hard working customers. I don't need anyone to contact me from your dealership because you can't fix how small and demeaning I felt walking out of your dealership. Also, I dislike dishonesty and charging 690 dollars for a warranty that you advertise as coming with the vehicle is dishonest. I reccomend that people look elsewhere if they are buying a ford. I was a return customer but I will never buy a ford again because if the way I feel I was treated at this dealership. More

This vehicle should not have been sold with all of these problems! I bought this 65,000 mile 2014 F-150 King Ranch in Oct 2019 w 60k extended warranty at Village Ford in Dearborn Michigan. Drove it a coupl problems! I bought this 65,000 mile 2014 F-150 King Ranch in Oct 2019 w 60k extended warranty at Village Ford in Dearborn Michigan. Drove it a couple days and check engine light came on. Today is Dec 1 and trucks still in the engine shop! Valve spring, Head, rear window, and AC evaporator. Everything's covered so far including rentals. This has been a pain. Glad I got the warranty😣 More
