I took my 2011 Fiesta in a for a check engine service light at ~9:00 am. At 5:08 pm I called the service rep to determine the status and was informed that a known problem part was on order and the vehicl light at ~9:00 am. At 5:08 pm I called the service rep to determine the status and was informed that a known problem part was on order and the vehicle would probably be ready by 2:00 pm on the following day. Uuumh, how will I get to work tomorrow??? Why didn't anyone call me to explain a part had to be ordered??? I retrieved the vehicle via my bicycle and vowed to NEVER return to Village Ford again!!! BTW, this has been posted on Facebook and I've written to Ford headquarters, and I'm researching how to express my frustration with VILLAGE FORD (Dearborn, MI) to Ford management. Also, this is not the first time VILLAGE FORD has disappointed and frustrated me (shame on me). More
