My only issue was even tho the vehicle was “certified”, my mechanic called the front left tire. The dealer did replace both front tires, but had I not had it inspected by a third party, they would have bee my mechanic called the front left tire. This is the only dealership I’ve been to in the area and they seem to be good at what they do. The only thing I would suggest is to make the automated phone scheduling better it only gives you two times an they seem to be good at what they do. Buyer beware, Villages Subaru knowingly pulled a fast one on me. Roderick “RJ” Robinson flat out mislead me and concealed dealer fee. They have two (2) dealer fees, one is for add ons to the vehicle (like se on me. Roderick “RJ” Robinson flat out mislead me and concealed dealer fee. They have two (2) dealer fees, one is for add ons to the vehicle (like seat protection), and a 2nd that is just dealer profit. The worksheet they use to negotiate the purchase left out they’re dealer fee for profit and when asked about it on the final paper work prior to finance RJ said "oh yeah that will be removed in finance". Simply put, they ripped me off for $2,000. I called the following day and was told “sorry there is nothing we can do now”. Don’t be fulled, these guys are the true example of the old car salesman crooks! More
