The service writer Emily Rudge is great. I'm very please with her, she truly has the customers needs at heart. The service itself is lacking, last oil change they gouged the back tail gate. This oil change and tire rotation they did not rotate the tires , so I had to bring the car back for that. ( 20 miles to the dealership ). Subarus sell themselves, but the process here is nearly seamless. Pleasant staff. Snacks and drinks. Had a pretty decent time at the dealership today. It would have been even better if they gave you a heads-up on how long you'd be waiting, especially when you booked an appointment.
