Waiting 2 hours for a scheduled oil change is not an acceptable practice. It should be no more than 45 mins. I'm on my 3rd Forester and love it. Matt was very nice when checking me in and keeping me posted on the service while I waited. He also answered all my questions about when service is required etc. The waiting area is very comfortable with free water etc, which is very nice. My only negative comment is having to set up the appt on the phone with a robot, rather than a human, because I wasn't sure exactly what was included in my regular service and the robot asks for each item I want checked/serviced. However, I will say I got same day appt and everything went smoothly and quickly. More
