Friendly employees. Unfortunately the dealership adds pricy unnecessary features to vehicle jacking up the price. Plus dealership has very high fees. And, they told me the rear brake pads were wearing a bit unevenly (the car has 39K on it now) and replaced them for free along with a free tire rotation.
