If I could give zero stars I would. I bought a used vehicle from the dealership that I saw on auto trader marked at 19k. I thought that was reasonably priced. When I agreed to the amount out the door of 24K I didn’t realize I would actually be charged with a loan amount of $30,400.00 on a 2021 vehicle. That’s not what i agreed to. Thank you for my used car, 5 more grand and I could have bought something brand new with a warranty. If you’re searching for a vehicle, new or used, I would not recommend this dealership to any one. I wish I could rate this dealership less an 1 star. This has to be the most unprofessional business I have ever encountered. We went to purchase our daughters first vehicle and were promised that a lifetime powertrain warranty came with the vehicle (which was one of the main reasons we purchased from this dealership). Less than 4 months from purchasing the vehicle the vehicle was already having to be towed to be repaired. When calling about the power train warranty that was stated we had, all of a sudden didn’t exist. The sales person TYLER was talked to several times about the warranty prior to purchasing the vehicle to which he continued to verify the vehicle came with a warranty. What a surprise, once the vehicle was sold and it was having issues there all of a sudden was no warranty any longer. So needless to say , less than 4 months after purchasing the vehicle we are now putting an additional almost 1,000 dollars into having the vehicle repaired. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. To add to the frustration, we drove over an hour just to go to this dealership due to the promise of the warranty on this vehicle. The GM did absolutely nothing to address the concern and refused to even speak to me when trying to discuss the concerns. More

I went into Villages Subaru in Leesburg to purchase a 2024 Wilderness all-wheel-drive on 8 March 2024. I am a 57 year old woman who want in alone. My trade-in was a 2020 Onyx XT Subaru with @ 20,500 mi 2024 Wilderness all-wheel-drive on 8 March 2024. I am a 57 year old woman who want in alone. My trade-in was a 2020 Onyx XT Subaru with @ 20,500 miles (the second least miles of any 2020 Subaru Onyx Edition XT I found for sale). The Villages Subaru salesman showed me the 2024 Wilderness and provided me a worksheet with "my cost" to get the deal done (New Wilderness and Trade-In my Onyx XT). The first offer was $36,753 (have the written offer). I explained to the salesman that I really would liked the new car and wanted to trade in my current vehicle, but the price was just way too much. He went back to speak to his supervisor and came back a few minutes later and they were able to offer me the exact vehicle and the exact same trade-in for my Onyx Edition XT for a total of $23,500 ($14,813) lower than the initial “walk out the door” price. (I also have in writing). It was great. ....so they really were looking out for me. They also offered me their current special Value...I think this is correct...a $2,700 value which included towing, lockout assistance, flat tire change and some other things...I think it also included the locking wheel nuts (which they explained were really needed since covid (I had no idea); and a protectant over the paint of the vehicle. The entire charge for the $2,700 value was only $700 (I think…there may have been more values within)...but really lots of support and items for a significantly discounted cost. Once, the supervisor provided me with the 2d and final offer...he was somewhat exasperated that I wasn't taking the obviously great deal immediately. Once he left, the salesman explained...this was it...the supervisors absolute best offer and I better take it.... Note: I had purchased my last vehicle at Villages / Leesberg and wanted to purchased may new vehicle here as well.... I asked the salesman to let me think it over and look at some options over the next 3 days. I looked at the internet for Subaru deals and possible better deals just to be sure...I found Subaru Sport on John Young Parkway. Subaru Sport appeared (according to the internet) to take $3,000 of the sticker price and have no added fees (It really didn't seem believable). I went to the dealer on Sunday...just to check it out. The dealer website said $3,000 off of any new vehicle. Sure enough, 3K off the sticker price of the wilderness I wanted, no fees, and 7 year / 70,000 miles gold warranty which included all mechanical and digital (all computer issues) for 7 full years. And lucky for me...the purchase of the added warranty allowed emergency towing, battery jump, lockout assistance, roadside winching and flat tire change and some other items...it also include custom trip routing and mapping, auto rental discounts...and other cross-country perks not directly associated with my purchase...all for nothing. The plan had most of the items included in the great value of village Subaru for the astounding value of $700 (Disconnected from $2,700) included in the price. So, with the 2020 Subaru Onyx Edition XT with 20,500 miles and the same Wilderness I wanted at Leesberg / Villages..with the additional gold 7 year or 70,000 warranty. The entire walk-out the door price was a total of $21,910 at Subaru Sport on John Young Parkway. And, those amazing folk at Sport Subaru on John Young park way...reminded me I only needed service once every 6 months or 6,000 miles...and they wanted me to know...they their hourly rate was $50.00. I did buy my 2024 Subaru Wilderness and all additional parts from Subaru Sport on John Young Highway. I did call Subaru International to thank them for having Villages Subaru take such good care of me…remember Subaru Villages revised their out the door price door price of $36,753.51 to $23,500 all within 10 minutes...they really wanted to keep my business. As a recap -- I finally completed the 'walk out the door' deal with Sport Subaru on John Young Highway. More

We purchased a preowned 2021 Honda Accord Apr 1, and found the dealership to be a really nice place to do business with. Tommy Cribbs did an outstanding job of demonstrating the car (my wife and I decid found the dealership to be a really nice place to do business with. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars was that they only provided us with one key. Had we known this before we signed all the paper work and were getting ready to drive off, I would have balked on the deal until we resolved the issue. I have never purchased a vehicle that didn't come with at least two keys. So I am going to have to pay 200 to 300 dollars for a spare key. More
