Thomas was very friendly and accommodating during the purchase process. After the purchase, I learned that he provided me with misinformation multiple times about some things that created some inconvenie purchase process. Ultimately, I felt rushed when finalizing the purchase and choosing finance options due to them closing for the night. I think if i had more time the process may have felt smoother. Josh in finance has been helpful in answering my questions and being available to provide the correct information. I am still waiting for my new tag a month later and I cannot wait to be done dealing with the sales department. I am hoping to have a good experience with the service department moving forward. More
