A lot of technology with auto attendants and chat lines and it’s even harder to get to the person you need to talk to. Everything was quoted before and the repairs and the repairs were done in the time it was given to me. The dealer also provided a courtesy vehicle and that made the repairs very easy and I didn’t have t repairs were done in the time it was given to me.
