Frank was very helpful and guided us as to what we needed to do to complete the sale. When we found things that needed to be done, lights not working etc. they were addressed immediately. My daughter and myself went to test drive a Forester after testing a Jeep. My daughter had done her homework and knew what my car was worth and also a fair price on the Forester. We have had a number of Subaru cars over the years and found them to be absolutely great especially in cold country. We found our salesman, Joseph Carsen, to be extremely pleasant and well informed about the models, financing, etc., etc. We wanted another Forester and he was able to get us a 2013 model in our favorite color Blue.
