They don't force anything on you, they just let you know. We bought a CPO 2021 Outback Touring XT in April and this was the first oil change which is free. And, they told me the rear brake pads were wearing a bit unevenly (the car has 39K on it now) and replaced them for free along with a free tire rotation. I've been going to this dealership for 5 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. More
