Very personal service I am new to The Villages, so I was unaware of Bill Bryan Subaru service center‘s excellent reputation. Several weeks ago, I was at an early morning m I am new to The Villages, so I was unaware of Bill Bryan Subaru service center‘s excellent reputation. Several weeks ago, I was at an early morning medical appointment in Orlando and came out to my car to find my 5 year old battery dead as a door nail. I was able to get a “jump,” but I was very shaky about heading home and perhaps not being able to start my car later in the day. From Orlando, I randomly looked up Subaru dealers near TV. I called Bill Bryan Subaru service at about 8:30 in the morning...probably every service departments busiest time...and a very nice scheduler realized my panic and said “bring it on in”. As soon as I pulled in, I was greeted by Alejandro Rosar. Not only did he have a new battery installed, he also had an oil change, much needed, added on to the service. The technician also performed a wonderful multi-point inspection. Alejandro went over that report with me and, I have to say, his attention and the new battery, the oil change, and the inspection gave me a very satisfied and secure feeling about my car. AND on top of all that, the service department gave my car the BEST wash my car has ever had! I highly recommend Bill Bryan Subaru Service Center and Alejandro and I will return. More

Gut feeling! On April 24, 2018 I had a service and recall appointments. I had expected to have a wait time of 3 hours. In my mine I thought this would give me the opportunity to look at the new models and technology. Since I planned in a year or so to upgrade. I was so impressed and happy with what I saw, I was satisfied knowing when I was ready to upgrade I would find what I wanted in the Subaru family but not today. Then someone said can I help you, I ‘m Jamie Reed. I didn’t want to waste his time and said no I’m just looking not buying at this time. Jamie offered to run the numbers to show me what I would be looking at. Jamie took the time to answered all my questions and relieve my concerns. Less just say before I knew it I was “Ringing the Bell” which represents a sell was made. I would like to thank Jamie, Ronnie, John, Randy and all the Subaru Family that helped to make this possible. I am very happy with my 2018 Subaru Forester. More

Wish all dealers operated this way. Travelling away from home over holiday weekend, had a tire puncture and went to local dealer for warranty repair. He explained how the warranty works, kept me advised as service progressed, and they did a finished the job off with a great car wash. More than I bargained for from a situation I expected to ruin my weekend! More

On 9/6/12; it was time to have the oil changed in my 2010 Subaru Outback which I purchased 30 months ago. Instead of sitting in the lounge until the service was completed, I decided to walk around the car l Subaru Outback which I purchased 30 months ago. Instead of sitting in the lounge until the service was completed, I decided to walk around the car lot looking at the various cars. While walking around, a gentlemen caught up with me and introduced himself. Is name was Frank Dolney. He appeared to be a regular guy and my first impression was that this was an indivdual who was also getting service on his vehicle. After a few moments I learned he was a sales representive. This was at 9:30 in the morning. I still couldn't believe he was a salesman. As we talked about current events I began to be interested in talking about the Subaru Legacy. He provided me with details about the Legacy and how impressed and knowledgeable he was about this vehicle. The more we talked, the more I became interested in thinking about trading my 2006 Buick Lucerne CXL for a new Subaru Legacy Limited. Four days later I was in my new Legacy Limited. My objective was to have my car serviced and ended up with a new car because of Frank Dolney. Frank, is an individual that has such a personality that attracts your attention but is sensitive and understanding to your needs. He helps you decide to buy a product rather than sell a product. This gentleman is rare in the car business. Don't lose him. More

They were friendly until they had the deal closed. The first time I stepped into the dealer afterward for service it was a whole different treatment than before I bought the car. Its had a few intermitten first time I stepped into the dealer afterward for service it was a whole different treatment than before I bought the car. Its had a few intermittent problems and the service mgr Tom has been rude, dismissive and has done nothing whatsoever to help me in any way. When the car went in for its first oil change it was a huge ordeal because "we only have one tech and hes at school" in the words of Tom. I had to get a loaner and Tom let me know how disgusted he was that I was getting the loaner. Still wondering why he was so rude. When I picked up my car the oil was way over-filled and there was an abundance of oil all over the engine . The dealership is very poor in terms of customer service. They have lost my future business and that of anyone whom I can influence. More
