Villages Subaru - Service Center

I took my newly purchased Subaru Outback in for the first LOF in June. I asked them to top off the fluids and “check over really good” for a trip out of state. When I arrived in South Carolina, I discovere LOF in June. I asked them to top off the fluids and “check over really good” for a trip out of state. When I arrived in South Carolina, I discovered that the windshield washer and radiator fluids had not been filled. To my dismay, I also noticed that the radiator fluid reservoir was unbolted and dangled inside of the engine compartment! I had to go into another dealer in Conway, SC to get the problem fixed, which cost me half a day of my vacation. Thankfully, This was not a serious issue, but My trust in the Bill Bryan service dept has been compromised. More

The young lady who handled my visit was excellent. It's all good except for the missing Hot Dogs. Bring back the Hot Dogs. Also, can bring back the popcorn and cookies.
