Service writer pleasant. I mentioned that wager fluid icon on and was assured they top off fluids. Icon still on after service, so they had not done this. This was corrected by service writer. This is the second opportunity I've had to work with Emily as our service advisor. I will always request her. She notified us when an engine air filter also needed to be replaced. After I drove home with the loaner car, I opened my emails to find a message from your dealership offering coupons. When I arrived at your dealership the following day, I showed an applicable coupon to Emily. No problem--she took care of it being honored. It saved us $40. Mt husband and I also felt that the total cost for service was reasonable. We previously had another of our two Subarus serviced at Bill Bryan. We were pleased with everyone we came in contact with (especially Emily) and now with our Outback service a few days ago, we are customers for life. What a wonderful change from the previous dealership that we went to in Florida. More
Service Department never fixes issues...Everytime I have to bring it back. They do not listen on try..Just throw parts at it. So as always on arrival the advisor was told an oil change and tire rotation as always. When the advisor came out later was informed that I need tires due to inside wear on the front and a full alignme change and tire rotation as always. The last two oil changes they did not rotate my tires as they said it wasn't needed. When told this news, I asked if they rotated the tires this time. The answer was no. Also the last service I was told that my battery needed replacing. I had not had any issues so I said I would keep an eye on it. This time I was told that the next service the battery terminals would need to be cleaned but nothing about the bad battery. And lastly, the price seems to go up every time. This time it was $74 with a $10 coupon for just an oil change. Less and less impressed. More
