I appreciate the inspections as they do catch things, in most cases early. I'm guessing you didn't get the meaning of my review. I'll explain. The last three services I have asked for the tires to be rotated. The first two times I was told that the wear was even so they didn't need rotating. I thought it was strange as it is recommended they be rotated every 6000 miles. The last visit I again asked for the tires to be rotated. The advisor comes out and tells me now I need four tires and a 4 wheel alignment as the inside on the front tires we wearing. She gave me the quote for the tires and the alignment. I ASKED if they were rotated and again was told no. So if the first two times they didn't need it due to even wear, then if the wear is now uneven why wouldn't they be rotated? When I started using the dealership for my service needs, the tire rotation was included as part of the service. Then it became an extra. Crazy thing is the price is higher now than before it became an extra. Just disappointed in what happened
