The only issue I had was they did not replace/ put my battery cover back on when they installed the new battery. It took much longer than what I was told. I dropped the truck off the day before my sched battery cover back on when they installed the new battery. It took much longer than what I was told. I dropped the truck off the day before my scheduled appointment. I told them it was the starter. They confirmed it was the starter a few hours later, all before my scheduled appointment the next day. On the next day (scheduled day of service) I was told it was just being pulled into the bay at the end of the day. The work wasn't completed until the end of the following day. More
