It was undoubtedly the easiest and best car buying experience that we have ever been a part We recently purchased a 2019 Chrysler Pacifica from VSA. It was undoubtedly the easiest and best car buying experience that we have ever been a part of. As a general rule, trying to purchase a new vehicle is not a pleasant experience but Virginia Select Auto has changed all that I can't say enough good things about their dealership and all of their staff. Our initial contact was with salesperson John Wise, who went above and beyond to earn our business! The wonderful thing about this dealership is the no haggle no pressure approach from the sales staff all the way to the president of the dealership! Everyone is so nice that you feel like you are dealing with old friends. We really appreciate how they handle the negotiation process, they present the deal very simply and straightforward not in secret code like most dealerships! They clearly state the vehicle price, your trade in price and all taxes and fees so there is no question about your deal unlike other dealers who try to sell you on a payment amount rather that giving you an awesome deal on your new car. We didn't purchase on our initial visit as the deal wasn't exactly what we were able to make. Even though we couldn't seal the deal that day, John and everyone else still had the same genuinely nice attitudes they had when we first met! Much to our surprise, the very next day, the president/GM Bruce Strickland called us with another offer that was very good and fair for all so we returned that afternoon and made the hassle free deal! If you are even thinking about purchasing an almost new vehicle you owe it to yourself to go see John Wise and all the wonderful folks at Virginia Select Auto for the best possible, no pressure buying experience ever. You'll be glad you did! More
