We had purchased vehicles twice from Whitten MANY years - spidernole

We had purchased vehicles twice from Whitten MANY years ago. We returned because they were offering by far the best price online for the vehicle we wanted. I have to admit I was skeptical going in. In the past I have had dealers say "Oh, that price included x and y which you are not eligible for." The very first price they gave was exactly the online advertised price with no hidden inflators added. The offered a fair trade value and the deal was done. Mariana our salesperson was patient and professional. I love having a new car but hate buying it, if you know what I mean. This was actually an enjoyable car buying experience.

Absolutely Amazing from start to finish! - Teirra

Absolutely Amazing from start to finish! On Sunday 3/8/26 I called and inquired about a Kia Telluride about 30 minutes before closing and was told I would receive a follow up call on Monday morning 3/9/26. Not only did I receive that call but Johnathan was very thorough and was able to get me approved over the phone before I even got off from work with all of the final numbers. The dealership was about an hour drive for me and upon my arrival I was greeted by Kevin who was just as Amazing as Johnathan. I was surprised and amazed that all of the paperwork was ready for me to sign. It was such an Awesome experience and everything was smooth from beginning to end even with the finance person. I could go on and on about my experience because I am just that pleased. I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone I know. Although I worked specifically with Kevin and Johnathan I am 100% sure that all staff members are just as Amazing! Shop Safford VW Richmond I promise you won’t be disappointed!

Went to purchase a new Honda Civic Touring. - nancydimaso

Went to purchase a new Honda Civic Touring. Gavin Lake, the part owner, was very annoying when it came to extra charges. He is a smooth talker, but his feathers get ruffled when you try to make deal. Wendy was very helpful. So far, so good after one day of leasing.

Everyone at dealership was friendly and helpful, was - Mellow Dawg

Everyone at dealership was friendly and helpful, was able to satisfactorily answer any concerns we had. We purchased a quality vehicle at a fair price.

We purchased a car from the dealership and once with - ashood077

We purchased a car from the dealership and once with the finance person, everyone else left for the day, we signed the paperwork and left with the car. The was on a Saturday. We drove an hour home and noticed we were charged a "200.00 addition" to the vehicle price for a Classic Theft Protection Plan ,that was never explained by anyone at the dealership. On Monday I spoke to Trey about this and was told it comes with all the vehicles and was not optional. My problem was the signature was done on a signature pad so we never saw the actual form. Since this on all your vehicles and is not an option to the buyer it should be explained before you are signing the loan papers. After speaking with the manager and with it being posted on their website, we were able to resolve the issue. Great sales lady and I love my new car.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing my vehicle from - philvz

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing my vehicle from Richmond Lincoln, and I cannot recommend Luca highly enough. His in-depth knowledge of the Lincoln product, unwavering professionalism, and smooth, engaging personality made the entire process not only straightforward but truly enjoyable. Luca’s ability to clearly explain every feature and detail instilled confidence in my decision, ensuring I felt well-informed and valued throughout the purchase. What truly set this experience apart was how Luca embodies the Lincoln brand and the Richmond Lincoln dealership. His commitment to excellence and genuine care for his customers make him a standout professional in the industry—qualities that I will undoubtedly share with my friends and family. Additionally, I must commend Jazz, the financial manager, who worked his magic to secure a car payment that perfectly fit my budget. Jazz’s expertise and dedication turned what could have been a stressful process into a seamless and positive experience. Together, Luca and Jazz represent the very best of Richmond Lincoln, making my vehicle purchase a memorable and hassle-free journey.

Joe Taylor is the MAN! - BEN WILLIAMS

Joe Taylor is the MAN! He was above board in our dealings. Offered their services and options but did not pressure. He remained in constant communication throughout and after the process. Joe showed that he wanted and deserved my business. I drove 2 hours to complete the deal. He actually offered to deliver the vehicle to me! Easily the one of the most enjoyable vehicle purchase experiences I have had. Hunter (Finance) was very good also. Again, non-pressure (and from a finance guy that is say something. LOL!) But, he was responsive and attentive. This dealership has a great vibe and people - based on my experience.

Excellent experience with both Leon Jones and Bill - MartyS

Excellent experience with both Leon Jones and Bill Thomas. I have owned a lot of cars over the years but this was the first time I ever bought one across country. I live in Colorado and was searching for a very specific and relatively rare luxury car. I found the perfect one here and the process for making the deal and having it shipped to CO from VA seemless and super easy. I cannot compliment Bill and Leon enough. They exceeded my expectations.

Ashley gave phenomenal customer service. - phutchinson1028

Ashley gave phenomenal customer service. She updated me on everything that was going on while my Volkswagon Gulf 2018 was being serviced on. While waiting, I watched as she interacted with each customer that came to her counter & her personality was just superb the way she handled each & every one. Give that woman a raise because we need more people like her.

Mr. Dinh promptly returned my requested information and - williamsnancy124

Mr. Dinh promptly returned my requested information and scheduled a time for me to see the vehicle I was interested in. I was given the opportunity to test drive the vehicle. He was informative. Let me know about financing and I did not feel pressured into making a decision. Very pleasant experience. Not exactly how I remember the old cliche of the used car salesman.

I recently leased a Pathfinder from Loyalty Nissan of - mjm910

I recently leased a Pathfinder from Loyalty Nissan of Short Pump. More specifically, I chose the car because of my salesperson: LOGAN HODNETT. She built a rapport with me because of her loyalty to me. The process took a week because she was so thorough with satisfying my needs first and foremost. She answered every question I had and she solved all of my needs. Her concern for me was genuine. I felt that my concerns came first, not the dealership’s or her own. For an entire week, she worked tirelessly on my behalf. LOGAN HODNETT put me first. She found the exact car I wanted and she personally traveled to bring the car back to me in Richmond. She proved that her agency was to me. I recommend LOGAN if you are in the market for a car. Her timeless efforts for me were evidenced by her professionalism and the dogged determination to get me the exact car I wanted to lease. Logan’s sales manager, Trevor, must recognize her value as a team member. Moreover, her efforts made me a Loyalty of Short Pump family member for life. Sincerely, Michael Monaghan.
