I located a 2010 Toyota Prius online. I called the dealer to find out the condition of the car. I asked if it was in decent mechanical shape and if the paint and upholstery was in good co I called the dealer to find out the condition of the car. I flew out from Arkansas to check it out. Everything looked okay and it ran well. I bought the vehicle and drove it back to Arkansas. In route I discovered that one headlight was out, the radio did not work and the it was 2 quarts low on oil and the oil was dirty. It was obvious that the dealer had not even done a basic service to the car. When I arrived home I decided to lower the back seats for storage and noticed that the upholstery on both the two back seats were "shredded" which you wouldn't notice until you lower them. Also the driver seat had a major tear in the back corner of it. None of that damage showed up in any of their interior pictures online. When I took it to my local mechanic he told me it was so badly rusted underneath that he could not fix the oil leak for fear of snapping the rusted bolts off. I called Henry to complain and he told me that I should have inspected the car more thoroughly. He was well aware of the damage and said nothing to me about it. He intentionally did not show any damage in his pictures. DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THIS DEALER TELLS YOU! More
