In 45 years of driving... the repairs on my colorado were the worst example of customer service I have ever had. They had the vehicle 3 times in a month trying to solve a gas leak problem. That lead its wa the worst example of customer service I have ever had. They had the vehicle 3 times in a month trying to solve a gas leak problem. That lead its way to one wrong repair and parts replacement after another. OBVIOUSLY, the mechanic(s) didn't know what they were doing. The service manager was real good at making up excuses with one delay after another. $900 later and..... Then, i was told that the front brakes, hub, and evap cannister needed replacement. $1300. That took a week.... LOL. If i were the owner of this chevy dealership I would fire the whole service department and get people that know what they are doing. NO EXCUSE!!!! I gave this location a shot twice... and got burned twice. Back to Farnsworth Chevy where after 10 years never had anything even close to these issues. More
