I was driving home to Michigan when my car died at a rest area in Victor, NY. I google local dealerships and decided to call the service department at Victor Chevrolet. The gentleman listened to the sound my car and recommended bringing it in. He gave me a contact number for a local tow company that could help. Weighing my options, I'd decided on purchasing a newer vehicle; but being from out of state was unsure if that was possible. Upon arrival at the dealership, I was greeted by Scott Frey. I explained my circumstances and was hoping he could help. Not only did Scott help me in my time of need, he provided THE BEST customer experience anyone could hope for. Not only did he reassure me that he could help, he along with his team delivered!! Although I'd arrived late at the dealership and was unable to complete the transaction that evening, Scott collaborated with his colleagues who were equally willing to help so we could get on the road ASAP. We sat down with the Sales Manager, Ed Servati, who was not only personable but treated my son and I like family. The title clerk, Lauren Woods, was so helpful in arranging for a temporary plate to get me home and completing all of the paperwork to transfer my existing plates to the new vehicle. When I had to find accommodations for the night the Finance Manager, Ryan Irish provided the contact information I needed to make a reservation. Scott not only took my son and I to the hotel, but the next day he brought the vehicle that I wanted to buy to me at the hotel for a test drive and later returned to the hotel to pick us up. By the time we returned to the dealership, everything was in order including my insurance!! The Sales Manager on duty, Rococo Muffoletto, assisted with the completion of the sale. Ryan Irish reviewed all the financial documents with me in layman's terms and Danielle Mortimer, notary, made sure the required documents had her seal of approval. From the moment I walked in the door until the time I left with my new vehicle, I was truly given a Category of One experience. Thank you to ALL of the phenomenal staff at Victor Chevrolet including the service staff that replaced the brakes/rotors and tired as well as making my new Equinox look pretty inside and out!!
