I discovered a headlight was out on my Jeep. Since I go to work in the dark and come home in the dark, I needed it repaired. I called Vision and was given an appointment for the next day which was great ne to work in the dark and come home in the dark, I needed it repaired. Vision Dodge put a hitch on my Jeep on a Friday, November 6, 2020 for $1,300 at the Panorama Trail, Rochester, NY dealership. On my way back to South Carolin the vehicle died i the middle of the expressway w 6, 2020 for $1,300 at the Panorama Trail, Rochester, NY dealership. On my way back to South Carolin the vehicle died i the middle of the expressway with no warning whatsoever. There was no power to the vehicle at all, and my Jeep was sitting in the middle of the expressway with no flashers in the complete dark, with vehicles passing me at 80 miles an hour. I thought for sure I was going to die. They would not compensate me in anyway fir the damages they did or towing expenses, which almost took my life. The vehicle was wired wrong from the hitch they put on the vehicle, causing it to die on the expressway. The vehicle had to be towed hundreds of miles to get it back to South Carolina where I live. All they could say was.....were so sorry this happened to you. More
