I had my Jeep Grand Cherokee delivered by AAA with a blown radiator on Friday, 4/17. The Service Dept diagnosed the repairs but the repairs were delayed by the warranty company. The dispute was finally blown radiator on Friday, 4/17. The Service Dept diagnosed the repairs but the repairs were delayed by the warranty company. The dispute was finally resolved, the repairs were completed, addition requested work was completed & I received my JGC back Friday, 4/24. The Service Rep, Luis kept me updated through the process. My JGC is running like new. Thank you. More

Your new phone service is lackluster at best. I have had calls dropped, 'leave a message' with no response back, rarely get thru to speak to the correct person and routed thru someone not in serv I have had calls dropped, 'leave a message' with no response back, rarely get thru to speak to the correct person and routed thru someone not in service department. My vehicle has been with Vision for 4 WEEKS. This is excessive. Louis has reached out at times but it is difficult to get back in touch with him for clarification. I get random phone numbers calling me with no indications it is Vision, therefore I don't pick up (avoiding spam calls). Frustrating to miss the calls to speak with someone. More
