I have bought several cars from vision. He’s probably the best service manager I’ve ever worked with and I’m 72 years old. The phone service at vision in both service and sales is a nightmare I have had to drive to the dealership just to be able to make an appointment because I can’t be put on hold for countless time. These have been challenging times for the automotive industry because technology seems to be so far ahead of the training that the mechanics have. We have a Wagoneer and have had several mechanical issues, including the air shocks replacement and the alternator replacement it sits on top of the motor. The car recently turned 40,000 miles. We had to turn in our 2021 Wrangler 4XE because it left me stranded on the road and I was told they didn’t carry these batteries in stock and that they couldn’t tell me when I would be able to get the vehicle back so I traded it in and took a financial loss. My daughter‘s wrangler has paint issues which is another known problem, but we just missed the Warranty time and nothing could be done about it. I tried to contact upper management that I was told to express my concern but did not get a reply. If it wasn’t for Ron in his team, my family and I would not be back to Vision. This is just not a concern of mine. I have spoken to other people and they have gone through similar challenges. Their is more with sales department. I wish I could be more positive, but it is what it is. More
