Bought 3 cars here in last 3 yrs. The worst communication I have ever experienced in 15 new vehicles I've purchased. 7 phone calls in the past 1 week including 2 today and not 1 ret The worst communication I have ever experienced in 15 new vehicles I've purchased. 7 phone calls in the past 1 week including 2 today and not 1 returned call or text, nothing. Promised a loaner for recall / warranty for tomorrow and salesman says they are all out due to major electrical issues with Dodge, Chrysler,Jeep. Service dept will not answer ever nor return 4 messages left through operator. The General Manager should be fired for running the worst dealership I've ever been to. Cheap or lack of help is no excuse with the prices they charge. More
