My experience goes back to the very first visit in January 2019 with the service guy named Dan. He was kind and very helpful when I first purchase my Town and Country from another Vision location. I thought it was an electrical problem. He has consistently helped me with great service with a smile. He has gone over and beyond. Today he really blessed me with taking care of my service bill because he knew that I had a big bill to pay for repairs and also a rental a few weeks ago when they did not have any rentals for me during. Today when I needed an inspection and oil and oil change he really surprised me and helped me out so much. I was in tears. I could barely talk. I basically cried all the way home. I joke with him when I say Dan’s my man but honestly he is the man and a good guy with a good heart. Many service guys should be like him. He has been so nice to me since day one and I believe the CEO Dan Edwards should know who he has working on his team. Thanks Dan...I am truly grateful for you. God Bless you!
