The service manager, Brock, tried his best to make my experience better, but he was no match for the incompetence in the back. After many problems, including me bringing the truck back, 5 tires and 3 tp experience better, but he was no match for the incompetence in the back. After many problems, including me bringing the truck back, 5 tires and 3 tpms sensors were too much for Vision's mechanics to handle. Putting the tires on without sensors replaced, multiple leaks, etc. And then I get home after being there from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and they threw my spare in the back, left my spare retaining cable down and the safety cable dragging on the ground. If this would have caught on my drive back they would have some major problems with me. Oh, and one of my sensors still isnt working. Do not go here, and Brock, find better mechanics. What a circus. Downgraded to 1 star, as my tpms is still not working and the balancing weights have already fallen off the rims after 1 week. I asked them to take care of it and they didn't get back to me. More

I went to Vision just to look at a car I found over the weekend. Jesse was right there asking if he could help. He was working with 2 other clients but took the time to help me. He went and brought the car weekend. Jesse was right there asking if he could help. He was working with 2 other clients but took the time to help me. He went and brought the car up front so I could try it. Jesse was very cheery, pleasant ,and knowledgeable of the vehicle we were trying. Jesse was NOT pushy, rude or a know it all! I can’t say enough about the phenomenal service we had and Jesse being as knowledgeable ! Would recommend Vision and especially Jesse!! You won’t regret working with him!!! More

Terrible service center. Brock is a complete joke!! Don’t waste your time with this company for anything! Lies on the phone and does NOT respect your time in the slightest. Multiple friends told me of similar isssues such as keeping their vehicle for months (not weeks) and I still decided to give them a couple tries. Never again! More
