Had a problem for many years with a clunk- in Dad's F150- that previous dealers could not- would not fix under warranty. BROCK- "listened" to our problem- checked it out and got it fixed- under warranty tha that previous dealers could not- would not fix under warranty. A couple of days later, boom she found me a perfect truck with all the speciations in the right color! She worked within my budget and never makes me feel pressured. She has my business for life.
