Their web site offered complete information, so much so that I knew exactly which I was treated courteously by all involved with my vehicle purchase. Their web site offered complete information, so much so that I knew exactly which vehicles I would be interested in before going to the dealership. Joe, my salesman, took that information and made the purchase process streamlined. Their selection of vehicles was much better than the local competitor. I felt that I was charged a fair price for the vehicle, and given a fair trade-in price for my superior vehicle. The dealership facilities could use some updating, especially when compared to some of the other local big dealerships, but that did not affect my purchase decision. More
