Service notice on my car is still on, they didn't reset it. They quoted twice as much for parts as I got at Elmira dealership, o felt that I was being taken advantage of. Fui por una simple inspección y terminé yendo dos días para arreglar múltiples cosas que necesitaba para la inspección y en el segundo día me dijeron que no me la podía hacer por la bombilla de la placa d para arreglar múltiples cosas que necesitaba para la inspección y en el segundo día me dijeron que no me la podía hacer por la bombilla de la placa de la licencia. Lo que molesta es que desde el principio me hubiesen hablado claro y dicho desde el principio y hubiesen mencionado la bombilla no hubiese gastado $720. El primero día todo estaba bien solo eran los frenos y cosas relacionadas para poderme darme la inspección. Se coordina para arreglar eso para el segundo día y cuando lo estan arreglando, luego de arreglar todo es que me dicen no pueden darme la inspección por que ahora había otra cosa por la cual no me puede completar la inspección. El primer día solo era una cosa y luego el segundo día es otra cosa. En fin nunca arreglaron la bocina tampoco que es parte de la garantía de mi Venue 2021, inclusive era una de las cosas que tenían que arreglar como parte de la inspección. ¿Por que no la arreglaron, no sé. Cuando llegué a mi casa me percate que no la habían arreglado. Lo gracioso es que el papel de recibi indica que hay que arreglar la bocina para poder pasar la inspección. Nuevamente tengo que sacar otro tercer día para ir a arreglar la bocina. Desde que tengo el carro siempre cuando uno va por algo resulta que siempre hay algo más. Ya estoy decepcionado de mi Venue. Espero que siempre hablen claro desde el principio y no haya condiciones para arreglar los carros. Siempre he sido fiel al concesionario y solo es pagar y pagar. Solo quiero terminar de mi carro y salir del servicio de ustedes. More
