Made a 9:30 am appointment for a quick BMS update (recall), and asked to look at an issue with the anti theft system, and had told them I already had another appointment for some other work. 11:15 th (recall), and asked to look at an issue with the anti theft system, and had told them I already had another appointment for some other work. 11:15 the car was still sitting in the lot for what should have been a 10 min (max) appointment. Received a 5 min long inspection video just showing me everything I'd already told them was wrong. More
