Gene in sales was wonderful to work with and we did not feel pressured at all by him. Gene spent lots of time with us to answer our questions and make sure to find out what we wanted and that we were comfortable with the car. He made it easy for us to trade in an old vehicle for a 2016 Elantra, as well as upgrade my 2011 Tucson to a 2016. I love the new additional features on my new Tucson! 2016 Elantra Purchase This is my fifth Elantra that I have purchased and I keep coming back to Vision Hyundai. This is the third car that I have purchased from Mark Desantis. Mark is always very professional and easy to work with. I made an appointment to review numbers and look at the new 2016 Elantra. Mark was prepared for the appointment with the numbers and had a car ready and up front for me to look at. Originally I had decided to purchase a red/tan 2016 Elantra but within a few hours decided I didn't like that combination. When I called Mark he could not have been nicer even though I am sure this was not the phone call he wanted to receive. I ultimately decided on a silver/black Elantra and am very happy with the car. I will definately go back to Vision and work with Mark again. I would also like to add that Matt Oakley in the Service Dept is top notch. He is always very friendly, greets you by name and is always a pleasure to work with. I have already had to go back for undercoating on my new car and Matt was wonderful as usual More

Price Change I signed a purchase agreement along with the sales manager. Only to find out the price of the vehicle had changed not once but three times.
