You offer free inspections, but every inspection has LITERALLY HUNDREDS of dollars for repairs. My car has $40k miles, they send a dramatic video and then an estimate that exceeds ANYONE else. I will come back for the HORN that continuously stops working, but a FREE inspection just seems like a money grab. I did my inspection and was told tires I bought a year ago are garbage, then told I need a rotation. I stopped using Vision for oil changes because of these dramatic videos of how awful everything is. NOTHING is free. I will NEVER buy another Hyundai, I found someplace else that helped me buy out my lease, since Dean and his minions told me how 'leasing is nor what it used to be.' Told me I needed THOUSANDS for a down payment to buy my lease. Go to a credit union, great APR, no money down and same payment. I am not sure if your service department is reliant on commission, but people should NOT have to rely on an inspection costing $600+. You guys are over the top dramatic in the videos. More

When I tried to make an appointment online, I selected my vehicle, but I kept getting routed back to the page requesting the input of whether I was a new or returning customer. So, I called to make an appointment, and I had to talk to a bot which scheduled my appointment. When I arrived, I was asked if anyone had quoted me for the service which surprised me because I was told that I would have free oil changes for the life of the lease on the car and it would cost $89. Then when I paid for the service, the lady at the desk went through the charges which were $91.49 for labor ($89.94 labor plus $1.99 for parts safety which I was told was discounted from $6) and $52.59 for parts. A discount of $52.59 was applied to the bill which made the total charge $99.13 including tax. I felt like I was a Verizon customer again because of the complication of the bill and the hidden charges all for just an oil change. I can't imagine what a more in depth service would entail. I gave a rating of two stars because the service people did their jobs professionally and on time and are only subject to this process by the dealership. More
