Dropped the car because we got a flat tire, dropped off on Friday, checkmarked on the envelope to perform an oil change as well. So yesterday received a text that the car was ready, I go to pick up, the oi on Friday, checkmarked on the envelope to perform an oil change as well. So yesterday received a text that the car was ready, I go to pick up, the oil was not changed, I asked if it could be done. The person said yes, it took around 40 min. Okay. I get to the car and see that the tires all have different pressure. You would think after paying over $300 for the new tire they would at least do a tire balancing. I will not be visiting this dealer in the future. And as my lease is coming up to the end I thought about considering your business but this is no longer the case. More

I walked in and spoke with the representative at the counter. Have him my keys. Sat down at a table and graded papers. Within 45 minutes, I left. The best part was the inspection was free! I arrived at the prescribed time, and they expected me.
