It's frustrating that the extra oil changes package that I purchased when I bought my car is not visible in my account. 1 I brought my car in on Monday at 10:30 for an 11 o'clock appointment to do an inspection and a recall. No one called me to inform me of it status so I called at 2 o'clock and was put on hold for 15 o'clock appointment to do an inspection and a recall. Went in at 3:30 because that was the only time I had a ride and it hadn't even been looked at yet. More

The communication for the 2026 Hyundai Tuscon recall service was all over the place. A text from Vision informing me of it but no followup when I answered it. Snail mails from Hyundai followed and attempts to schedule an appt on line were unsuccessful. A follow up call to service for a 9 30 AM Monday appt could not find the recall information. I went in on Monday and explained it all to Tylor B in Service who had no problem finding the recall specifics and went ahead and took my car and did the recall and had it ready and waiting for me when I came back at 11 30. Kudos to him for getting everything straightened out. Would be 5 stars but only 4 because of the prior communication issues. More
