I was incredibly disappointed with my experience with Matt & the Vision Hyundai team. Communication about my vehicle from the service department was awful and Matt (and whoever else I talked to) consiste Matt & the Vision Hyundai team. Communication about my vehicle from the service department was awful and Matt (and whoever else I talked to) consistently only called the male co-owner of my vehicle, despite the fact that I (a woman) called and made the appointment, left my name and phone number when dropping off my key, AND after the first time they called the other number, I called and requested all communication to be done through my phone number, because I made the appointment and I drive the vehicle. After I requested communication be done through my number, he continued to call and text the other number, and when my co-owner said “You need to talk to her, it’s her vehicle,” he would wait hours to contact me and share the same information. It was incredibly frustrating to deal with the people here and disappointing to hear from the cashier desk, that this happens quite often. Can’t wait to take my business elsewhere. More

I was running late and called to see if they could still fit me in or if I should reschedule. They took me in though I was about a half hour late. Check in was thorough and quick. Yesterday I had an appointment at Vision Hyundai Henrietta for a NYS inspection and 6 month oil change and tire rotation. I also wanted a 4 wheel alignment performed after driving over many potholes Henrietta for a NYS inspection and 6 month oil change and tire rotation. I also wanted a 4 wheel alignment performed after driving over many potholes during the winter months. All work was completed satisfactorily and in less than 3 hours. The service department staff did an excellent job. More

I don’t even know where to begin; this dealership’s service is inadequate. They can’t ever seem to get a repair done correctly! When working with a $60,000 car, one would think a mechanic would not bre service is inadequate. They can’t ever seem to get a repair done correctly! When working with a $60,000 car, one would think a mechanic would not break parts, would check their work, and would not knowingly place the wrong color sensors hoping the customer doesn’t complain. They have, on multiple occasions, held my vehicle for simple repairs for over a month! That I needed to have rework done on the repairs. They also told me my car could not pass inspection because I needed brakes. I drove around the corner to a shop that got me in. Guess what? It passed, and I didn’t need brakes! They are shady and let horrible quality work slip out the door! 'Dissatisfied' is not even close. If you have the misfortune of them performing any repairs, be prepared to need rework done! Also, I’d go over it with a fine-tooth comb and verify that it’s operating properly More
