While the repairs appear to have been done correctly this time, communication has been a problem. I called 5 times to inquire about the status of my car in the repair shop, no one picked up the phone and nev time, communication has been a problem. I called 5 times to inquire about the status of my car in the repair shop, no one picked up the phone and never replied to messages. Perhaps this is a problem with their call center but in any case was very annoying and inconvenient, delaying pickup by a day. On previous visits repairs were not done correctly — staff didn’t actually road test the car to make sure everything was in order. To their credit, this time the staff actually did explain the situation with the car this time and were apologetic. We’ve heard from friends that have had similar experiences. More
