I dropped my car off for service the day before for a 9 am appointment. It was supposed to take on hour. At 11 am I called to see if it was done. First I 'spoke' with the AI person. She connected me and i was told I was the next in line to speak with someone. I waited for 7 minutes. I hung up and called back. I waited for three more minutes. I hung up and drove to the dealership. I was about noon. My car was NOT ready. I was not happy. However, the service department did get it done in one hour so I didn't have to wait too long. More
