there were other known recalls for my car at the time it was in for recall work. And I was called regarding them, however no one has answered or returned calls I have left regarding the additional recall wo was in for recall work. I likely will travel further to visit a different Hyundai location for recall work, just so I can have someone respond in a timely manner.
